How to claim Neurode via FSA/HSA

In the US, Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) let you use pre-tax dollars for eligible healthcare expenses. Eligibility rules vary by plan and employer, so check with your HSA/FSA provider before purchasing.
Right now, Neurode doesn’t accept HSA/FSA cards at checkout. Instead, you can pay out of pocket and submit a reimbursement claim to your provider
What you need to apply for reimbursement
Your provider will tell you exactly what documentation they require. Common requirements include:

Receipt / invoice (proof of purchase)

Download from your Neurode Customer Portal.

Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) — if required

Some providers ask for an LMN from a licensed healthcare professional explaining why the purchase supports a specific medical need. If your provider requires this, download our pre-filled Neurode LMN template and ask your clinician to complete/sign it.

Tip: For FSA plans, expenses usually need to occur within your current plan year (some plans include a grace period). Confirm your plan’s deadlines before you submit.
